1) Griffin A-Frame: This stand from Griffin is a heavy aluminum stand that swings open to hold your tablet upright. The stand supports both portrait and landscape views and costs 50 dollars.

2) Compass Mobile Stand: As you would have already expected, this stand looks like a compass. It is a compact folding stand that allows you to use your device as trackpad or as easel. It is made from heavy gauge steel. Since it folds-up like a typical compass, it is great for traveling. It retails for 40 dollars.

3) Upstand: This stand makes your iPad look more like a computer monitor. Like the stands mentioned above, this one too is made from aluminum, but has rubber grips to hold the tablet firmly in its place. You will have to shell-out 40 dollars to get one of these.

4) HexaPose Stand: This stand is made from solid aluminum and polycarbonate. It comes with a pivot that can rotate around its axis which allows the user to use the iPad in either portrait or landscape mode. It costs 50 dollars.

5) Joule: This one is most expensive and interestingly, the one with the least functionality. It is nothing but a solid block of aluminum which boasts a polished finish. It has a protruding rod at the back that allows you to adjust the viewing angles. Joule stand does not allow you to use the iPad in landscape mode and retails for a whopping 130 dollars.

At 4inches, the screen is larger than what is offered on most other models, and it boasts an outstanding 480 x 800 pixel resolution to back this size up. Thanks to this, and the 16 million colours on offer, image quality is practically unrivalled. The Super AMOLED technology that is used also aides visibility in sunlight, as well as shaving vital millimetres of the depth of the phone. This is achieved by the screen comprising of just one layer that comprises of both the screen and the touch sensitive panel, rather than them being two separate sheets as is found on more traditional displays. Looking around the actual handset you will find the top edge is where all of the connections are housed, so a 3.5mm headphone socket and a micro USB port are present. The stereo jack is particularly useful, opening up a huge choice of headphones that can be used with the model.

Pretty much any option you require can be pinned to the homescreen, making them easier to find.

Although the screen and OS are the stand out features, there are enough other facilities on this phone to keep users everywhere happy.
