1) Griffin A-Frame: This stand from Griffin is a heavy aluminum stand that swings open to hold your tablet upright. The stand supports both portrait and landscape views and costs 50 dollars.

2) Compass Mobile Stand: As you would have already expected, this stand looks like a compass. It is a compact folding stand that allows you to use your device as trackpad or as easel. It is made from heavy gauge steel. Since it folds-up like a typical compass, it is great for traveling. It retails for 40 dollars.

3) Upstand: This stand makes your iPad look more like a computer monitor. Like the stands mentioned above, this one too is made from aluminum, but has rubber grips to hold the tablet firmly in its place. You will have to shell-out 40 dollars to get one of these.
